The site for the proposed hotel is located in central Bhopal. The hotel consists of about 80 rooms from single to double occupancy, located above the podium level. The lower floors have lobby, meeting rooms, restaurants, lounges, private dining area etc. With the primary goal to provide an unobstructed view of the lake, the facade is a composition of various subtle elements.

The recessed guest floors provide privacy to the rooms while also reducing glare by cutting down direct sun. The outward appearance of the building is composed of a simple, elegant material palette of white stone and structurally glazed curtain wall. The facades of the upper floors of the hotel are made of glass to reflect the flawless view of the waterfront.
