The site for the proposed Office campus for NTPC Western region-II is located in Naya Raipur, between National Highways NH-6 and NH-43, about 17 km south-east of the current capital Raipur. The concept follows two built masses- connected through a transitional space- the podium which has green terraces to generate a desirable micro climate.

The irregular floor plates generated projected terraces at several levels which provide the building a distinct architectural expression and devices shaded canopies. Flexibility of use and contextual response being the driving factors of the design, different façade treatments have been devised in the building giving it an overall aesthetical and unconventional look.
